This week having a sick child made me realise that I haven't been through the medicine's .....
I store all my medicine's above the oven, as it is up high (even I need chair to access) so the little kids can't reach.
In the paper bag I have any repeat scripts. That way I don't have to go searching for them.

I was actually surprised by how many I had out of date!!
I don't have a lot of medicines, but I do also keep other things like the fly spray, light globe's, measuring cups, Vick's, thermometer's, extra shoelaces.....
So I got a plastic bag and just started to throw out all the out of date stuff.
Where I live there is a drop off point at the chemist for out of date but not used medicine's.
Then I was able to rearrange the ones that where left.

The sandwich container actually has all the measuring cups in it.
That also makes it easy to take away with us.

Here are all the drugs to take to he chemist to dispose of!!!
