packet of honnekkin noodles
1/4 cup red curry paste
2 cups of chicken stock
can of coconut milk
green prawns, peeled and deveined(as many as you want)
100g snow peas
Place the noodles into bowl and pour over boiling water
Stand for 10 minutes
Drain well and divide between bowls
In large pan cook the prawns until pink
combine the paste, chicken stock and coconut milk in the pan
Bring to the boil
Add the snow peas
Cook for another 5 minutes
Divide the mixture between the noodle bowls
Tips:
You can use chicken, get one from woollies already cooked, just shred and add it in.
Add in more veges, like bean sprouts
You could also use frozen peas instead of snow peas
If you have left over prawns, just use those.
